statistics include information recorded in the Emerald Coast Association of
Realtors (ECAR)MLS system by ECAR MLS participants and subscribers, and do not
include information entered by other Associations or "for sale by owner"
properties. The ECAR coverage area is primarily Okaloosa and Walton counties,
but may also include parts of Escambia, Santa Rosa and Bay counties. Sales
information is based on existing homes only; new construction is not included.
*Navarre sales statistics are generated using data from both ECAR and the
Navarre Area Board of Realtors®.
**The Emerald Coast figures include areas not listed in each chart: Panama City
Beach and other outlying areas included within the ECAR MLS.
